Responsibilities

* Contact potential clients through outbound calls.

* Introduce company services and identify client needs.

* Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

* Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.

* Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

* Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Work closely with management to improve sales performance and conversion rates.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

* Previous experience in telesales, cold calling, or customer service.

* Experience working with U.S., Canadian, or international clients.

* Experience using CRM systems.

* Familiarity with accounting, bookkeeping, tax, or business services.

* Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and sales performance.
