Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end accounts payable cycle, including invoice receipt, verification, coding, and payment execution
• .Oversee three-way matching (purchase order, goods receipt, and supplier invoice) to ensure accuracy before payment authorization
• .Manage weekly and monthly payment runs (bank transfers, cheques, and electronic payments) in accordance with payment terms and cash flow plans
• .Monitor AP aging reports and ensure outstanding liabilities are settled within agreed credit terms
• .Review and approve journal entries, accruals, and prepayments related to payables at month-end and year-end closing
