Job Description

1. Technical Leadership & Engineering Management

• Lead and supervise the engineering and technical teams.
• Review and approve technical designs, calculations, and system sizing.
• Ensure all solutions comply with international standards and company requirements.
• Develop technical strategies to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• Support innovation and adoption of new technologies in power solutions.

2. Power System Design & Solutions

• Oversee design and configuration of:
  • UPS systems
  • Battery systems
  • Solar and hybrid systems
  • Backup power systems
  • Electrical distribution systems
• Validate technical proposals, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Ensure optimized and cost-effective technical solutions for clients.

3. Project Support & Execution

• Support project teams during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
• Conduct technical site assessments and risk evaluations.
• Resolve complex technical issues during project execution.
• Coordinate with operations and project management teams to ensure timely delivery

4. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Attend client meetings and provide technical consultations.
• Present technical solutions and recommendations to customers.
• Support sales and business development teams in technical discussions and tender submissions.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and technology partners.

5. Quality, Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with electrical standards, HSE regulations, and company policies.
• Implement quality assurance procedures for engineering and project activities.
• Review technical documentation, reports, and commissioning records.
• Monitor system performance and reliability.

Requirements

• 7–12+ years of experience in power solutions, electrical systems, or energy projects.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong experience in UPS, batteries, solar systems, generators, and commissioning activities.
