Job Description
ARMS Surveying & Automation Systems is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and ambitious Administrative & Executive Assistant to join our growing team in Hadayek Al Ahram, Giza.
This position is ideal for candidates with strong English communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily email correspondence with international suppliers and clients.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and records.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, shipments, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and reports.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications.
- Support management with administrative and organizational duties.
- Track tasks and ensure timely follow-up and completion.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Very good to excellent written English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office.
