Job Summary

The Maintenance and Installation Engineer is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of heavy equipment at client sites, from initial installation and commissioning to routine maintenance and complex repairs. The goal is to ensure maximum equipment uptime, safety, and performance while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Core Job Roles:

• Installation & Commissioning: Supervise the delivery and setup of heavy machinery at client sites, ensuring it is fully operational.
• Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled service plans to prevent equipment breakdowns and extend machinery lifespan.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and fix complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults on-site.
• Technical Handover: Conduct basic training for clients’ operators on how to safely use the equipment.
• Technical Reporting: Document all service visits, repairs, and spare parts used in formal technical reports.
• Spare Parts Management: Identify the required parts for repairs and coordinate with the warehouse/procurement for ordering.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Academic Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• Field Experience: Minimum 1–5 years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment (e.g., excavators, loaders, cranes, or generators).
• Technical Proficiency: Professional ability to read and interpret Hydraulic and Electrical Schematics.
• Diagnostic Skills: Experience using diagnostic software and tools to identify electronic engine or system faults.
• Language Skills: Good command of English, specifically for reading technical manuals and catalogs.
• License & Mobility: Must have a valid driving license and be willing to travel to various project sites across the country.
• Physical Readiness: Ability to work in demanding field environments (outdoor sites/industrial zones).
