Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in New Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Engineer will work closely with the sales team and clients to understand technical requirements, demonstrate product capabilities, and design appropriate solutions. Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering technical presentations, supporting bids and proposals, and responding to technical inquiries from prospective and existing customers. The role involves coordinating with product and engineering teams to address customer feedback, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful solution implementation. The Sales Engineer will also maintain accurate records in CRM tools, support post-sale follow-up, and contribute to sales forecasts and account planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture engineering or Applied Arts
- 3:4 years of experience in the same role
- Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to translate customer needs into practical, technically sound solutions.
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to manage the full sales cycle, build relationships, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in a client-facing technical or pre-sales role, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfort with CRM and office productivity tools; familiarity with solution design or system integration is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, analytical thinking, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
