Job Description

• Manage and supervise all club operations and activities.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the club team.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and member satisfaction.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase memberships and revenue.
• Coordinate events, programs, and member engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
• Handle member feedback and resolve issues effectively.
• Prepare regular operational and performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in club management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting.
• Preferred to be a resident of October City or nearby areas.
