Job Description

• Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to develop and implement innovative finishing solutions that meet project requirements and design intent.
• Conduct thorough inspections of architectural finishes, including walls, ceilings, floors, and façades, to ensure quality, durability, and compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality materials and finishes that align with project budgets and timelines.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams during the installation and finishing phases, troubleshooting issues and resolving challenges as they arise.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural finishing, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
   
• Strong expertise in finishing materials, installation methods, and quality control standards.
   
• Proven ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
   
• Experience supervising and managing finishing activities on-site while ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
