Job Description

TMA is seeking a motivated Technical Office Engineer to join our team. 

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of AutoCAD and SAP, with 0–3 years of experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 

The role involves supporting project planning, technical documentation, quantity tracking, coordination with project teams, and maintaining accurate engineering records.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and update technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Assist in the preparation of shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical submittals.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Enter, maintain, and monitor project-related data in SAP.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, procurement, and other departments.
• Prepare reports, material requests, and project documentation.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and contract documents.
• Assist in quantity take-offs and cost estimation activities.
• Ensure all technical documentation is properly filed and updated.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as required.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduate to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Basic knowledge of SAP.
• Good understanding of engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial projects is an advantage.
• Familiarity with project documentation and material management processes.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and engineering standards.
