Job Description

TMA is a growing industrial company committed to operational excellence, innovation, and building a high-performing workforce. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Coordinator with exceptional recruitment and talent acquisition skills to help attract, hire, and retain top talent across our organization.

Position Summary

The HR Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting our human resources function, with a primary focus on recruitment and hiring. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-oriented, and passionate about identifying and securing top talent for both skilled and professional positions within an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting through onboarding.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for manufacturing, technical, engineering, and administrative positions.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates in competitive labor markets.
  • Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure an efficient hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Conduct reference checks and support offer preparation and negotiations.
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and HR documentation.
  • Assist with employee relations, performance management, and other HR initiatives as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and hiring best practices.

 

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of HR experience, with significant focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Proven ability to identify, attract, and hire high-quality candidates.
  • Experience recruiting for industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technical roles is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
