Job Description

  • Customer Service Representatives Needed for a Well-Known Furniture, Home Furnishings, and Décor Store Serving the Gulf Market
  • We are looking for female Customer Service Representatives with strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers, to join the team of a well-known furniture, home furnishings, and décor store serving Gulf countries.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • * Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media platforms.
  • * Follow up on orders and coordinate with the sales and shipping teams.
  • * Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly.
  • * Provide accurate information about products, prices, and promotions.
  • * Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction.
  • * Record customer feedback and continuously update customer information.
  • Requirements:
  • Please read the requirements carefully.
  • * Bachelor’s degree or higher only (Females only).
  • * Age: 24 to 30 years old.
  • * Preferably residents of Downtown Cairo.
  • * Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, especially in furniture, décor, home furnishings, e-commerce, or related fields. Candidates without experience are welcome if they demonstrate the ability to learn quickly.
  • * Excellent communication skills, preferably with a Gulf Arabic dialect or Modern Standard Arabic.
  • * Strong persuasion skills, professional customer handling abilities, social intelligence, and fast learning capabilities.
  • * Fast typing skills and proficiency in using computers and communication platforms.
  • * Punctuality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • * Experience using order management systems or CRM software is preferred.
  • Benefits:
  • * Fixed salary plus incentives.
  • * Fixed salary ranging from EGP 6,000 to EGP 8,000, plus monthly performance-based incentives.
