Job Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Create and maintain functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.
• Develop process flows and system models using UML/BPMN.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and product owners to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support solution design, testing, and implementation activities.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Must have at least 4 years of experience.
• UML and BPMN modeling.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data analysis and validation.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of system workflows and business processes.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to decompose complex problems into actionable solutions.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
