Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all automotive logistics operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of vehicles and parts.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain performance and reduce operational costs.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments to streamline inbound and outbound logistics processes.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage warehousing operations to ensure accuracy and availability of automotive products.
  • Analyze logistics data and generate reports to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend process improvements.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop logistics team members to achieve departmental goals and maintain high performance standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies related to logistics and transportation.
  • Negotiate contracts with logistics service providers and evaluate their performance to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Resolve any logistics-related issues, such as shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies, in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 7 years of experience in automotive logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in managing logistics operations within the automotive sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs.
  • Proficiency in logistics management software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
