Job Description

• Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts within the HVAC and fire fighting equipment sectors.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products from the company’s range, including seamless pipes, ERW black steel pipes, and fittings.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics and technical support, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience
