Job Description
Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs through effective sales strategies and revenue growth initiatives.
Account Management
- Build and maintain client relationships, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Lead Generation
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
CRM Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Sales Activities
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and both field and office-based sales visits.
Proposals & Presentations
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, product demonstrations, and presentations in coordination with technical teams, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Preferred)
- 1-5 years of Experience in software/IT sales is a strong advantage
- Good understanding of software solutions, IT services and technology is a must
- Good command of English
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent relationship management and client servicing abilities
- Proven ability to generate and qualify leads
- Self-motivated and target-driven
