Job Description

• Creating annual material plan according to S&OP process.
• Evaluating and forecasting material requirements using software systems (based on BOM list)
• Creating PRs to cover required material based on demand planning.
• Following suppliers’ requirement in lead time and MOQ to ensure delivery in right time and right qty.
• Following company policy in safety stock, EOQ and inventory level.
• Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand.
• Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
• Coordinating with production and purchasing teams to ensure adequate supply of materials
• Monitoring inventory closely and constantly.
• Maintaining turnover ratio.
• Implementing strategies for inventory management to prevent shortages and excesses
• Conducting regular reviews of material demand and supply patterns to identify trends and make necessary adjustments
• Working closely with cross-functional teams for product development and production planning

Requirements

• Graduated from the faculty of Engineering (production, mechanical) or studied supply chain.
• Perfect in Excel.
• ERP System.
• 3 to 7 years of experience.
