Responsibilities:

  • Engage and Educate: Proactively identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their challenges and educating them on how our mechanical and electrical engineering solutions can meet their requirements.
  • Solution Design & Presentation: Collaborate with engineering teams to design and propose technical solutions, including those involving PLC Scada and instrumentation, and deliver compelling presentations that highlight value.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities and inform product development.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Skills & Technologies: This role demands a blend of technical proficiency and strong interpersonal skills. You will utilize your knowledge in Electrical Engineering, PLC Scada, and instrumentation, alongside your innate ability to connect with people and present complex ideas clearly.

Requirements

  • Required Skills:

    • Hands-on knowledge or strong theoretical understanding of PLC Scada and instrumentation.
    • Exceptional Communication Skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
    • Proven ability in Customer Relationship Management, Problem Solving, and delivering impactful Presentation Skills.
    • A knack for Negotiation and a basic understanding of Project Management principles.
    • Ability to perform basic Data Analysis to inform sales strategies.
    • Strong foundational Product Knowledge in relevant engineering domains.
  • Experience Requirements:
    • 0-2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within a technical or sales-focused role. Recent graduates with strong internship experience are highly encouraged to apply!
