Job Description
Hayah Developments is looking for a driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team in Sheikh Zayed. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and building lasting relationships with clients. You will be presenting our portfolio of premium projects and guiding clients through their investment decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve and consistently exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation to closing the deal and contract signing.
- Build, maintain, and expand a strong network of potential buyers and investors.
- Conduct professional presentations, site visits, and meetings with prospective clients.
- Provide accurate market analysis and stay up-to-date with competitive real estate trends.
- Maintain precise and updated records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years of proven sales experience, specifically within the real estate sector.
- Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas in a highly competitive market.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Attributes: Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- Location: Ability to commute to our office in Sheikh Zayed and conduct site visits as needed.
