The team specializes in cold email outreach for recently funded startups, securing qualified booked calls for sales leaders. Mirraponte designs tailored messaging and unique scripts to capture the attention of targeted prospects and drive predictable lead generation. In addition to outreach, the agency offers services such as media buying, web development, PR, branding, market research, SEO/SEM, social media management, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics. This results-driven approach aligns Mirraponte’s success with measurable outcomes for its clients.
Role Description The Appointment Setter is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt. This role focuses on contacting qualified prospects, introducing Mirraponte’s services or clients’ offerings, and securing scheduled sales calls or meetings for the sales team. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, sending follow-up messages, managing appointment calendars, and updating CRM records with accurate prospect information and call notes. The Appointment Setter will handle initial prospect questions, provide clear and professional communication, and ensure a smooth handoff to sales representatives. Collaboration with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach scripts and improve conversion rates is also an important part of this role.
Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling, with the ability to manage calendars efficiently and minimize no-shows.
  • Demonstrated Lead Generation experience, including identifying qualified prospects and nurturing them to the appointment stage.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with a professional phone manner and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Basic familiarity with CRM tools, call tracking systems, or sales engagement platforms.
  • Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, Egypt, in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in documenting interactions and outcomes.
  • Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or outbound prospecting is preferred, especially in a B2B or agency setting.
  • Comfortable working with scripts while adapting messaging to individual prospect needs.
