About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of our growing modest fashion e-commerce brand.

This is a full-time remote position for someone who enjoys organisation, execution, and continuous improvement. The role combines e-commerce operations, customer service, product management, and marketing support.

You will work closely with the management team to ensure that daily operations run smoothly while helping improve the customer experience and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage product listings on WooCommerce
• Upload and organise product images and content
• Optimise product titles and descriptions for SEO
• Maintain website content and product information
• Process and manage customer orders
• Generate shipping labels and monitor shipments
• Respond to customer emails and enquiries
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and order-related issues
• Create and send email marketing campaigns
• Maintain automated email flows
• Perform basic photo editing and content preparation
• Maintain task tracking systems and operational reports
• Support product launches and collection updates
• Follow structured workflows and daily planning
• Assist with additional business tasks when required

Work Structure

Full-time: 8 hours per day
Fixed working hours
Daily reporting of tasks completed and issues

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, operations, customer service, or a related field
• Experience working with WooCommerce, Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Basic understanding of SEO and product page optimisation
• Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms
• Experience using Google Sheets and similar productivity tools
• Familiarity with Canva or basic photo editing tools
• Good written English communication skills
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote working environment
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility
