Job Description
- Assist in recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR records.
- Follow up on employee contracts, renewals, and probation evaluations.
- Assist in attendance, leave, and overtime administration.
- Prepare HR letters, certificates, and employment-related documents.
- Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data and attendance records.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor law requirements and company policies.
- Generate HR reports and maintain HR databases.
- Assist in employee engagement and training initiatives.
- Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Good knowledge of labor law and HR practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Experience with HR systems is a plus.
- Good command of English.
