Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles.

Source, screen, and interview candidates, with a strong focus on Call center positions.

Collaborate closely with different departments to understand hiring needs and support business goals.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Participate in cross-functional tasks and support other departments when needed.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

Experience as Recruiter from 1:3 years

Preferred proven experience in recruiting Call center teams.

Ability to work in a fast-growing startup environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexible, collaborative, and willing to take ownership.

Good command of English (spoken and written).
