وصف الوظيفة والمتطلبات:
Job Description
- Contact leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Explain diploma and training program details to prospective students.
- Follow up consistently with interested candidates.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Handle objections professionally and guide prospects through the registration process.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams when needed.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Tele-Sales, Inside Sales, or Educational Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and closing abilities.
- Experience using CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
