Foochia is looking for a talented and creative Arabic Creative Copywriter to join our content team. The ideal candidate is passionate about entertainment, celebrities, social media, and digital storytelling, with the ability to transform trending topics and news into engaging content that drives audience engagement and conversation.

The role requires strong Arabic writing skills, creativity, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of social media platforms and audience behavior.

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging Arabic copy for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), Snapchat, and Threads.
• Create compelling headlines, captions, hooks, CTAs, and thumbnail text.
• Write scripts for Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, voice-over content, and social-first videos.
• Develop creative content angles for celebrity, entertainment, lifestyle, beauty, and fashion topics.
• Adapt content across multiple platforms while maintaining brand tone and audience relevance.
• Monitor trends, viral moments, and breaking entertainment news in real time.
• Collaborate with social media managers, content creators, editors, and designers to produce high-performing content.
• Participate in content planning, brainstorming sessions, and editorial discussions.
• Optimize content for engagement, reach, shares, saves, and audience retention.
• Research competitors and identify new content opportunities.
• Ensure all content meets editorial, brand, and quality standards.

Requirements

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in Copywriting, Content Creation, Journalism, Social Media, Digital Publishing, or related fields.
• Preferred previous experience in Media, Entertainment, TV, Publishing, or Digital Media industries.

Skills & Qualifications

• Exceptional Arabic writing and editing skills with strong grammar and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices.
• Experience writing social media captions, headlines, scripts, and engagement-driven content.
• Ability to write attention-grabbing hooks and compelling storytelling content.
• Strong understanding of entertainment, celebrity culture, lifestyle, fashion, and beauty content.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X.
• Familiarity with YouTube titles, thumbnail copy, and content packaging.
• Understanding of audience behavior, engagement metrics, and platform algorithms.
• Strong research and fact-checking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Good English comprehension and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience writing scripts for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization.
• Knowledge of social listening, trend monitoring, and audience insights.
