Job Description
- Manage day-to-day branch operations.
- Handle student inquiries and registrations.
- Coordinate schedules for classrooms and instructors.
- Maintain attendance records and branch reports.
- Support events, workshops, and student activities.
- Ensure branch facilities are organized and operational.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and academic departments.I
- Handle administrative paperwork and documentation.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Preferred
- Previous experience in educational centres, training institutes, or universities.
- Familiarity with CRM and student management systems.
