Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations including staff scheduling, facility maintenance, and equipment upkeep.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout the facility.
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise fitness trainers, front desk staff, and Housekeeping crew.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
• Address customer concerns and resolve complaints promptly and effectively.
• Maintain relationships with members and ensure their goals are supported.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Monitor expenses and manage budget effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Implement and enforce policies and procedures.
• Keep statistical and financial records.
• Provide Regular Reports.

Requirements

• Female Candidates only.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
• At Least 3 years of experience as a Fitness Center Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of fitness equipment and health and safety standards.
• Ability to work rotational shiftds , including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong Physical Fitness & a professional Appearance.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
