- Achieve and consistently exceed ambitious sales targets through proactive lead generation and effective sales strategies.
- Conduct in-depth property and market analysis to provide expert advice and insights to clients.
- Negotiate and close high-value property deals, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for all parties.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and new developments within the Giza real estate landscape.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations of properties to potential buyers.
- Skills & Technologies: This role demands a sharp understanding of Property Sales, Real Estate Market Analysis, and exceptional Client Relationship Management. Proficiency in CRM Software and strong Negotiation skills are crucial for success.
Requirements
- Required Skills:
- Demonstrable expertise in Property Sales and Real Estate Market Analysis.
- Proven track record of success in Sales Target Achievement.
- Exceptional Client Relationship Management and Negotiation abilities.
- Strong Communication Skills, both verbal and written, essential for client interaction and deal closing.
