About the Role

We are not looking for a traditional salesperson.

We are building a team of deal-makers who can identify, approach, and convert real international importers into long-term sourcing partners.

At Swtyw, you will be responsible for acquiring qualified importers across global markets and connecting them with vetted Egyptian manufacturers through structured, high-conversion sourcing processes.

What You Will Do

* Identify and approach active international importers (not just leads)

* Build direct relationships with decision-makers (buyers, procurement managers, import directors)

* Understand importer requirements (specifications, MOQ, pricing, payment terms)

* Generate real RFQs (Request for Quotations) from serious buyers

* Coordinate with internal team to match importers with suitable manufacturers

* Support deal progression until closing stage

What We Care About (KPIs)

* Number of qualified importers acquired

* Number of real RFQs generated

* Contribution to closed deals / active pipelines

(Not interested in number of messages or meetings without outcomes)

Who You Are

* Background in export, sourcing, trading, or international sales

* Strong understanding of global trade dynamics

* Able to communicate professionally with international buyers

* Has access to networks OR knows how to reach real importers

* Results-driven with strong ownership mindset
