Job Description

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Lead mass hiring projects for retail roles (e.g., Sales Associates, Beauty Advisors, Store Managers)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the best fit
• Coordinate and manage interview processes with stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
• Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
• Maintain accurate data on ATS and recruitment reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in retail 
• Proven experience in mass hiring and high-volume recruitment
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing platforms
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Strong understanding of Egyptian labor law and hiring practices
