Sales Manager – E-commerce (Artoovia)
Location: Egypt (On-site / Hybrid)
About Us
Artoovia is a fast-growing premium personalized gifts brand specializing in custom wooden and portrait gifts. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, improve conversion rates, and build scalable sales processes.
Responsibilities
Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Monitor daily sales performance and conversion rates.
Coach, train, and motivate sales representatives.
Review CRM activities and ensure proper lead follow-up.
Develop and improve sales scripts and customer communication processes.
Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for growth.
Track KPIs and provide regular performance feedback.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve customer experience.
Handle escalated customer situations when necessary.
Build systems and processes that allow the sales team to scale efficiently.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in sales management.
Previous experience managing a sales team.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience using CRM systems.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales performance.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
E-commerce experience is a strong advantage.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Requirements
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience managing and coaching a sales team.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Ability to monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements.
Experience handling customer escalations and complex sales situations.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and sales reporting tools.
E-commerce experience is highly preferred.
Experience managing WhatsApp, social media, or online sales teams is a strong advantage.
Ability to create and improve sales processes and SOPs.
Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Professional Arabic communication skills; English proficiency is a plus.
