Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company in meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Participate in technical and commercial discussions and support project decision-making
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering proposals
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Analyze project risks and opportunities, and provide practical recommendations
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
• Support project management in critical project matters

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in Construction, MEP, Contracting, or Project Management
• Previous client-facing experience is highly preferred
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial awareness and understanding of project profitability
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong leadership potential and decision-making capability
• Good spoken English with excellent reading and writing skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Good command of Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent AutoCAD reading skills
