About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with our Head of Finance, playing a key role in supporting financial strategy, driving operational excellence, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the business. 

Our ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance, with at least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making through financial modelling, business case development, and scenario analysis.
• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing insights into performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor key financial and operational metrics and provide recommendations to support business performance.
• Partner with the Head of Finance on strategic initiatives, projects, and ad hoc financial analysis.
• Conduct variance, sensitivity, and scenario analyses to support decision-making and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support working capital management through cash flow analysis and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with operational goals.
• Identify and implement improvements to financial processes, systems, and reporting to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Part-qualified or qualified ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification is desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or similar roles.
• High level of English fluency and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Strong knowledge of financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modelling and data analysis, and familiarity with accounting and financial systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Experience analysing financial performance and presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
• High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
