Job Description
Job Title: Marketing Manager
Industry: Advertising, Publicity, and General Supplies Employment Type: Full-time (Immediate Hiring)
Experience: 7 to 9 years of proven professional experience in marketing management.
Industry Preference: Previous experience working in similar industries (Advertising, Publicity, and General Supplies) is highly preferred.
Age: Must be between 33 and 40 years old.

Exceptional leadership capabilities with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
Strong strategic, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or a related marketing field).
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve the company’s business objectives and drive growth.
Brand Management: Build, develop, and maintain the company’s brand identity to strengthen its competitive position and market presence.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market and competitor research, and analyze consumer behavior to guide effective, data-driven marketing decisions.
Campaign Management: Design, plan, and launch targeted advertising and promotional campaigns across various channels, monitoring execution to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
Team Leadership: Manage the marketing team, delegate tasks efficiently, and monitor daily performance to ensure high productivity and goal alignment.
Reporting & Evaluation: Prepare and present periodic analytical reports to senior management on the effectiveness of marketing activities, track ROI, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
