Role Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Motion Designer to join our media agency. The role is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual content for digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, advertisements, corporate presentations, and multimedia projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong design skills, storytelling abilities, and a passion for creating compelling visual experiences that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities 

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital and social media content.
• Develop animated content for advertising campaigns, promotional videos, corporate presentations, and brand storytelling.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to translate concepts into engaging visual content.
• Design and animate graphics, typography, transitions, and visual elements for various platforms.
• Edit video content and incorporate motion graphics to enhance audience engagement.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with client requirements, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for creative campaigns.
• Optimize content formats for social media, websites, digital advertising, and other distribution channels.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and motion design best practices.
• Review and revise creative materials based on client and internal feedback.
• Maintain organized project files and creative assets.

Qualifications
