We’re alist.ae — a fast-growing marketplace platform in the UAE — and we’re looking for a sharp, self-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team remotely.

You’ll own our outbound prospecting engine: finding the right people, starting conversations, and handing warm, qualified opportunities to our sales closers. If you love the hunt, thrive on targets, and want commission with no ceiling, this role is for you.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

• Researching and identifying potential clients across target industries in the UAE market
• Building prospect lists using LinkedIn, sales intelligence tools, databases, and social platforms
• Running outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and phone
• Qualifying leads before passing them to the sales team
• Booking discovery calls and meetings for sales executives
• Keeping the CRM accurate and up to date at all times
• Reporting on lead quality and pipeline performance weekly

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting experience
• Excellent English communication — written and spoken (neutral accent)
• Arabic is a strong advantage
• Comfortable with cold outreach and unfazed by rejection
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Monday.com, or similar)
• Confident, energetic, and self-motivated
• Organised, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• UAE market knowledge is a plus, but not required

📊 Your Monthly Targets

• 80 – 150 qualified leads per month
• 20 – 40 booked appointments for the sales team
• 30% minimum lead-to-appointment conversion rate

🕐 Schedule & Setup

• Full-time: 9 hours/day, aligned with Dubai time (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
• Full WFH setup required: laptop/PC, stable internet, headset, and a quiet workspace
• Must be comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp, and emails throughout the day

💰 Package

• Base salary: AED 2,500/month
• Commission: Uncapped — directly tied to qualified appointments and conversions
• KPI bonuses available for top performers
