Head of Operations

Feasibility Studies & Business Consulting | Cairo, Egypt (On-site)

What You’ll Own

• Full operational cycle of our studies: from client request to final delivery, owning quality and deadlines end-to-end
• Managing and developing a lean core team (analysis, customer success, sales support,marketing,human resources) plus a network of freelancers
• Building and enforcing SOPs
• Operational KPIs: delivery time, study quality, client satisfaction, and team utilization
• Supporting the launch of our Saudi entity from an operations standpoint

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience, including 3+ years managing operations or delivery teams, preferably in consulting, professional services, or B2B services
• A track record you can describe in numbers: team sizes, delivery volumes, before/after improvements
• Commercial awareness: you understand how marketing, sales, and business development work, and you build operations that serve them, even though you won’t be running them
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools in real workflows, not just curiosity
• Strong written and spoken Arabic and English
• Gulf market exposure is a plus

This is not a strategy or business development seat. The founder owns strategy and growth. This seat owns execution, and owns it completely.
