Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Interior Engineer (ShopDrawing & BOQs), located in Mokattam / El Maadi near to Shooting Club Ring Road. The role involves drafting detailed technical drawings and specifications, providing material take-offs, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring the precise execution of designs. The candidate is expected to collaborate with architects, interior designers, and contractors to ensure project feasibility, compliance with engineering standards, and the delivery of high-quality results. Timely completion of project documentation and active problem-solving are also critical aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• 2:5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in technical drawing, CAD software, and architectural visualization tools
• Strong knowledge of interior principles, material selection, and space planning
• Project management skills, including the ability to handle timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication
• Problem-solving, attention to detail, and technical accuracy in engineering design
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
• Required educational background: A degree in Interior Design, Architecture. or a related field
• Familiarity with luxury residential and retail spaces is a plus
• Experience in similar roles, with a focus on technical design and project coordination
