Title: Recruitment Specialist

Location: Benghazi, Libya

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Specialist to support the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of recruitment experience. This role plays a critical part in maintaining recruitment efficiency, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting hiring managers throughout the hiring process

Key Responsibility:

• Coordinate and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing support, interview scheduling, and offer administration.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with a high level of accuracy.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless scheduling process.
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
• Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, interview-to-offer ratios, and hiring progress.
• Support the preparation of employment offers, onboarding documentation, and pre employment requirements.

Qualifications & Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
• Preferably with experience at a recruitment agency or working in bulk, high-volume recruitment.
• Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
