We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to manage and optimize order fulfillment while overseeing the design team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless coordination between production, design, and customer interactions. The ideal candidate should have experience in visual, Infographic, team management, and workflow optimization to maintain high operational and design standards.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Design Team Leader located in Qesm El Maadi. The Graphic Design Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing the graphic design team, leading and mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful execution of design projects. Daily tasks include coordinating with team members, managing project timelines, ensuring high quality and consistency in design output, and collaborating with other departments to meet project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the design team to deliver exceptional design solutions.
• Allocate design tasks efficiently and balance workloads to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage client interactions through chats, calls, and tickets to understand design needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Uphold quality standards for all design deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Implement process improvements to enhance design workflow, team productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with vendors to confirm order fulfillment and address any potential issues.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure design efforts align with business objectives.
• Oversee design and production of all online and offline marketing material
• Conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy behind ad campaigns
• Design and produce a wide array of media
• Develop our company brand to increase brand presence
• Lead and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
