The company focuses on providing a secure, comfortable, and luxurious environment for ladies to achieve their fitness goals through specialized training, high-end equipment, and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Handle recruitment activities for both blue-collar and whitecollar roles.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in Recruitment.
• Proven experience hiring both blue-collar and whitecollar employees.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
