Key Responsibilities:

– Recruit and onboard talented live streamers and content creators.

– Build and maintain partnerships with media production agencies and talent networks.

– Identify new business opportunities and strategic collaborations.

– Expand Xrui’s presence within the entertainment and live-streaming industry.

Requirements:

– Juniors with prior experience preferred

– Experience in Business Development, Talent Acquisition, Media, Live Streaming, or Creator Economy industries.

-Strong networking and communication skills.

– Ability to build relationships with agencies, creators, and industry partners.

– Self-motivated with a passion for entertainment and digital media.
