Salem Foods, a sister company of Salem Ventures, is seeking an experienced Agri-Tech Engineer (Product Owner) to join our team and support our mission of driving innovation and technology adoption across modern agricultural operations.

As we continue to expand our digital agriculture initiatives, we are looking for a professional who can bridge the gap between agriculture, technology, and business needs.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of Agri-Tech and IoT solutions across farming operations.

• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with business objectives.

• Collaborate with agronomists, engineers, developers, and operational teams to deliver impactful solutions.

• Manage and optimize IoT systems, sensors, monitoring platforms, and data collection processes.

• Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement.

• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into actionable product features and initiatives.

🔹 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture Engineering, Agricultural Sciences, Agri-Informatics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in Agri-Tech, Precision Agriculture, Smart Farming, or IoT-based agricultural solutions.

• Strong understanding of sensors, automation systems, data analytics, and farm management technologies.

• Experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or leading technology projects is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Professional English communication skills.
