Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Administrative Assistant will manage front-desk operations, including greeting patients, answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing visitors to the appropriate staff or department. Responsibilities include scheduling and confirming appointments, maintaining organized patient files and records, and updating information in clinic systems. The role also involves handling clerical tasks such as data entry, document preparation, photocopying, scanning, and managing incoming and outgoing mail. The Administrative Assistant will support executives and clinic leadership with calendar coordination, meeting preparation, and basic reporting, while ensuring professional communication and a smooth daily workflow.
Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, document handling, and record organization.
  • Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for handling calls, patient interactions, and internal coordination.
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and basic reporting.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced clinic environment.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and scheduling tools); experience with medical or clinic systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and a courteous, service-oriented approach to patients and colleagues.
  • Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare office is preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or coursework in office administration or healthcare administration is an advantage.
