Social Media & Content Creator Intern

About the Role

Intella is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Content Creator Intern to join our team. You will support the creation of engaging content, manage social media activities, and help strengthen Intella’s employer brand and online presence.

Responsibilities

Create engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

Assist in developing content calendars and campaign ideas.

Design simple graphics, reels, videos, and promotional materials.

Write captions, posts, and blog content aligned with Intella’s brand voice.

Monitor social media trends and suggest creative content ideas.

Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Track engagement metrics and prepare basic performance reports.

Requirements

Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Basic photography and video editing skills are a plus.
