Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Duties include advising clients on market conditions, conducting property tours, managing leads, negotiating contracts, and maintaining professional relationships with clients and developers. The role will also involve staying updated on market trends and new property listings.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Real Estate License
• Strong understanding and experience in Real Estate and Real Property markets
• Proven Sales skills with the ability to identify and close opportunities in a competitive market
• Strong background in Customer Service with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and time management abilities
• Proficiency in using real estate software and technology tools
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Prior experience in the Cairo real estate market is a plus
