Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Training Sales Real Estate role based in New Cairo. The role involves supporting the sales team through ongoing training, coaching, and guidance on real estate products, services, and sales techniques. The Training Sales professional will conduct training sessions, role-plays, and workshops to enhance the team’s ability to communicate with clients, handle objections, and close deals. Day-to-day tasks include preparing training materials, analyzing sales performance, identifying skill gaps, and recommending targeted development plans. The role will also collaborate closely with sales management to align training content with company goals and market trends, and may occasionally participate in client meetings to model best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation capabilities, with the ability to guide others on prospecting, lead follow-up, and closing techniques.
• Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring sales teams, including preparing and delivering structured training sessions.
• Solid understanding of real estate concepts, property types, and transaction processes; prior experience in real estate sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and adapt to different learning styles.
• Good organizational and time-management skills to plan training schedules, track progress, and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working on-site in New Cairo and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with basic office software and digital tools used for presentations, reporting, and training content creation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
