Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Confectionary Marketing Manager role based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Confectionary Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, increase market share, and drive sales across retail and wholesale channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and managing campaigns, coordinating product launches, and overseeing brand positioning and packaging concepts for confectionery products. The role involves conducting market and consumer research, analyzing sales and campaign performance, and adjusting plans based on data and feedback. The manager will collaborate with sales, production, and design teams, manage external agencies or vendors, prepare marketing budgets and forecasts, and ensure all activities align with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing, brand management, or product management, preferably in FMCG or confectionery.
  • Strong skills in market research, consumer insights, and data analysis to inform strategies and decisions.
  • Experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns (offline, in-store, digital, and social media).
  • Ability to develop and manage marketing budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with sales, production, design, and external partners.
  • Strong project management, organization, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate degree is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred; additional languages are a plus.
  • Passion for confectionery products and consumer trends, with a creative yet commercially focused mindset.
