Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in New Cairo. The role involves managing the full life cycle of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will develop and implement employer branding strategies, collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and requirements, conduct interviews, and ensure a seamless hiring experience. The role also requires fostering a strong candidate pipeline and working on strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing and managing candidates throughout the hiring process
• Experience with Interviewing and Recruiting methodologies and best practices
• Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies and its application in talent acquisition
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates effectively
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software
• Familiarity with the local labor market and employment regulations in Egypt
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
