At Beisat, we are looking for an experienced E-commerce Growth & Merchandising Manager to lead the growth and optimization of our online store.

This role is responsible for improving website performance, increasing customer conversion, maximizing average order value, and driving overall revenue growth through data-driven decisions and effective merchandising strategies.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, e-commerce expertise, and the ability to work closely with technical teams to deliver impactful improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth in Revenue Per Visitor (RPV), Conversion Rate (CRO), and Average Order Value (AOV).
  • Analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities to improve the shopping experience.
  • Optimize product discovery, collections, navigation, search, and website merchandising.
  • Manage and organize a large product catalog containing thousands of SKUs.
  • Monitor website performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Plan and execute initiatives that improve conversion and customer engagement.
  • Utilize AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, catalog management, and customer experience.
  • Work closely with the IT team to define requirements, prioritize projects, and ensure efficient execution.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular recommendations for growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in e-commerce, merchandising, CRO, or digital growth roles.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and online shopping journeys.
  • Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing large product catalogs.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical teams and translate business needs into execution plans.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation workflows is a strong advantage.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

  • Consistent improvement in Revenue Per Visitor (RPV).
