The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

• Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards for Projects Operation by which the company’s efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement.
• Deliver financial objectives for the project operation business as well as enhance financial KPI’s.
• Plan, direct, control, implement, evaluate, monitor, and forecast budgets to achieve financial objectives.
• Support the Business Development team to identify and prioritize business opportunities for the AlGihaz Group.
• Oversee all operational aspects of company strategy as well as contribute to setting strategic goals.
• Execute necessary partnerships that ensure the technical and commercial qualification of AlGihaz in projects.
• Undertake detailed planning, scheduling, and reporting of unit business
• Manage and develop effective communications with all business stakeholders.
• Develop trust and manage the relationship with customers and assure customers’ satisfaction.
• Ensure Client facing with business stakeholders as well as being involved with all operational aspects from the bidding phase.
• Support Business Development Team Qualify AlGihaz Co to participate in tenders outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Enhance existing business development process and work on its continued development.
• Provide effective leadership to the whole team and demonstrate a clear ability to priorities the company’s deliveries to best fit the company’s objectives.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to streamline process and improve accuracy and efficiency within operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 10 -15 years of experience in Business Operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
